Worst service ever

I'm getting fed up with your drivers delivering my packages to PAVLOVA COURT when I live at PAVLOVA CLOSE please sort it out its annoying

Less than 1star. second item lost in past months, dont use if you require safe delivery.

Awful service don’t use them Waited in all day and night only to be told they had tried to collect my parcel but no one was in- they never came near Rebooked for 6pm following day- they came at 11am so of course no one in - since then they come everyday while I’m at work and never notify of time until that morning so no chance to leave the parcel elsewhere. It’s still sitting waiting for collection. Now received a blank card through door. No idea what I’m supposed to do with that!

Posted Saturday am. Didn't move until Monday, following Saturday still not there, utter rubbish.

Absolute joke. Item missing

Seriously late delivery , nearly 2 weeks waiting

The time and date keeps changing. I've been waiting since 11 August and stated arriving 13th, yet still at depot. Too slow

Paid for next day delivery, no contact made after waiting in all day, now there is a delay, not sure when it will arrive, not happy

Dreadful - even one star is excessive. Ticket left with no indication of what is happening. Not the first time with this lot.

Parcel been on its way for 3 days!! Is it coming by skateboard?

If I could I would leave even less than one star. Customer service is a joke. Impossible to talk to a real person even though they give a tel number....

If I could leave zero stars I would. Waiting over a week now for 2 parcels. Absolutely terrible delivery company and the couriers they employ aren't bothered either

Terrible service say they have been to house twice to deliver. Have. CCTV but cannot see the invisible delivery person
