Do not use Hermes are shocking the delivery drivers don't care bout the orders and just throw them about it lose them and when that happens and you try to file a complaint you can't get through to anyone my friend use to work for them and its horrible how they treat our stuff they need shutting down please avoid Hermes at all costs DO NOT USE HERMES AT ALL COST

I'm not gonna give any star's to the Hermes due to its inappropriate information, unbelievable delivery system, unmanaged system, careless , untrustworthy, waste of money and money, betrayal etc????

Supposed to have a parcel delivered today between 12-2pm no show no contact. Great way to run a company so not surprised at their rating

Many time lost my item

Not happy with company,didn't received parcel,but driver had said been delivered so couldn't get a refund from Ebay Would give any stars as a rating but had to,to submit my review.

Not fully understand. Parcel delivery supposed to be delivered on 17th August and not delivered. Trying to track but not getting any confirmation when it will be delivered.

Delivery on time. Good job I seen him as he DIDNT knock just threw it in bin cupboard. Good job it wernt breakable the way he threw it in. No care for other people's property.

Absolutely hopeless. Parcels lost, tracking not updated. Not even worth one star. Ironically our local courier is great, but let down by an incompetent company.

Impossible to talk to a human being to stop an unwanted delivery

It's all very well telling me my item is at the parcel shop but where is that? You have had my item since the 9th, why is that?

Keep losing parcels

Awful. They never bring my parcels to my house. They leave them with random people in the village even if I've stayed in all day waiting. A couple of years ago one of their drivers came to my house shouting and swearing at me because I hadn't checked my neighbours shed for my parcel. A few months ago they left my £400 tablet on the drive of a holiday let even though it was supposed to be signed for. Im currently in my house waiting for them to deliver a parcel, I wonder where it will end up this time. Had to give one star to leave a review.
