Would give a zero if possible, always late never delivered on time, I've asked some of the people that I buy from never use them, as I never get my parcel on time

Hermes are wonderful. Anything we order that comes with them is always on time. Heather our local delivery driver is fab. She is always cheery even if its pouring with rain or baking hot. Cant fault hermes at all.

Worst company I have ever known, should have been here on 13th for party on 14th, they have had the parcel since the 9th, if I didn’t have to I wouldn’t have even give 1 star for this shambles of a company

Absolutely diabolical Company, my Son's birthday present has 'allegedly' been sat at the depot since last Friday which incidentally was his birthday. I have been in touch with Hermes via their online digital assistant where they opened an enquiry and said they would be in touch within 24 hours, of course heard nothing! They are about as useless as a chocolate fireguard, proper angry! ?

Saying they attempted to deliver my parcel sat 14th at 21.45pm I was in all day what a load off rubbish. Now I have to spend another day in hopefully turns up to today. Hermes are such a bad company I'm amazed they are still open. Have nothing but trouble with them when they are delivering
