Very poor service .. very lack of information.. no acknowledge of tracking .. the company is rubbish

This parcel was due delivery 20th August , disgrace delivery performance

Hermes have apparently attempted delivery twice already but nobody has bothered to attempt I've been in all day on both days they've said they've tried delivery absolutely disgusting from them still waiting for my sons birthday present to arrive having to get in touch with the company I bought the present from tonsee I they can send it with someone else ???

Worse courier out there. Don't know why a seller on Amazon would use them.another parcel not arrived and over a week late now so putting in a claim with Amazon

Totally unacceptable service, what driver in there right mind would leave a parcel in full view of people passing by it's a miracle that it wasn't stolen
