Absolute joke wait in all day for nothing to appear don’t bother with a date arrival when you cannot keep too schedule. Really you deserve a 0/5

Said at 4.29pm attempted delivery at 5.08pm! Still waiting

Were is the parcel was sent 21st August for next day delivery, this is still not customer. Today 24 th august.

Said delivered through post box though you haven't and seller is saying it hasn't arrived with you yet?

Parcel missing somewhere in Sheffield I live in brixham, can can they mess up like that, worst delivery company ever!!!

Very fast, and tells you what time the parcel will come to make sure you’re at home to collect it

Would be a minus figure if that could be entered. Most unless courrier company out there. I have never received a package that wasn't damaged, and customer service is a joke. It consists of nothing but a recorded message.

Dreadful service. I try not to use companies who use Hermes as I know I’ll have trouble receiving my item.

Only one star as it won't accept zero No idea where my parcel is or when it might be delivered herpes gave I time slot of 1500 to 1700 and then did not turn up in the alloted time then sent a mail at 1745 saying we were shut followed by another saying it will be redelivered within 24 hours but nothing 52hours later

Shocking company and shocking customer service

The worst couriers in the market to date. Since having 2 parcels sent to me I have place 2 other orders with other couriers, 1 came next day and the other within 4 days from Germany. I’m kicking myself for using Hermes. Also, they are complete liars, the here customer services replied to my complaints e-mail to state that they take missing deliveries very seriously and that I will hear back with 48 hours. They obviously employ illiterate individuals as I’m still waiting, 6 days later....Nothing. If they have lost or damaged my goods, I will sue for both maximum amounts including inconvenience. HERMES, YOU ARE UTTER RUBBISH. I will now go onto every social media account and publish my views with recommendations for other services and to advise consumers that you are liars.

Were a reasonable delivery service but lately they seem to be delivering everything 2 or 3 days too late
