I have a very reliable delivery guy here. Never had a problem since I moved here 6 months ago.

Slow, no communication, poor tracking

Employ more drivers, Amazon, Royal Mail and DPD don’t seem to have any problems. I’ve had parcels delivered from China more quickly.

Very poor service my parcel was suppose to arrive 21st to 24th August 2021 has been with hermes since 19th August now 3 days late and still been process been no new updates since 19th august

At least you get your delivery not like other companies and the photo to proves it's been delivered is great so no more stealing from your front door like the old days brilliant sevice recommend ? percent

Unable to track my parcel

they say they will deliver itim 23 agust today 26 i havent recive itime yet.i got tracking number but they don't update.so no good service

Payed for 3-5day delivery been waiting over 8 days they rubbish

Quick and easy to use

Absolutely useless, I now try not to oder from anyone who uses Hermes as the chances of receiving the items are very low. Would have more chance getting my items with any other company, without giving them the address the Hermes with!.

Local delivery team from Hermes are excellent. Service is fast and reliable.

Hermes must be the worst delivery company in existence and this review will not make one iota of difference to that fact. Three consecutive deliveries from Amazon have been delayed with messages saying delivery was attempted on two of my parcels and a third saying it’s on hold as you require more information. These, I am sure, are delaying tactics on your part as I was here for the first and second supposed deliveries and what more information could you require than a correct address and post code which you have! Regretfully I shall no longer be using Amazon as their courier does not provide the service promised and I must also assume that this review, along with my third parcel, will disappear into the ether. I find that I cannot submit this review without leaving a rating, you do not deserve the one star I am forced to provide.

Throw my parcels into the bushes every time! It’s a total nightmare company anymore knows it! Why big companies like Amazon still using them is beyond me ?

Shocking nothing but trouble from start to finish I used to send 100 parcels a month with them and parcels would arrive broken r smashed and my here didn't want to know I used to work for my hermes years ago and let's just say I worked there for 1 week and walked out terrible conditions and terrible company to work for! They don't care about there customers or there staff your just a number avoid at all costs
