My parcel is showing that it was collected on Thursday and was in the depot last Saturday 21st August and that's as far as it has gone now Saturday 28th and I have no parcel still showing its in the depot. I went on 3 days ago with Holly (a robot) and I was able to send an email regarding why I hadn't received my parcel. I was told someone would get back to me ASAP.... Still no reply. Hermes services are terrible.

Sent a parcel weeks ago. It is stuck since 21st August and there is nobody to contact. Shocking customer service. My eBay account now on hold because my buyer hasn't received.

I could have walked to China and got it myself by now. They collected it on June 26th and it’s still in transit apparently ??

Very bad service never received tracking number said parcel was delivered to wrong depot never got parcel and hermes would not look into were it was

No updates parcel now 3 days late and still not getting proper info. Rubbish.

Absolutely shocking company deliveries never come on time

Parcel number 0500184507105576 has been in the hub for 4 days and well past its delivery date

Our parcel was left on our driveway without any notification before or after delivery. It was left by the bin and fortunately not stolen despite being there in the open for 4 days. It was relatively expensive and very disappointed with service.

Taken days and days and still waiting. Been at the local depot two days and still not out for delivery.

The service has improved tremendously. I have never missed a parcel or pickup since quiet some time now.

I sent a small parcel through Hermes in June. They lost the parcel after not delivering it at the date specified. After numerous emails, webchat etc and after checking their warehouse they decided that they weren't going to pay out the insurance because I had sent the book by the cheapest way - postable item. Complete rip off Attrocous customer service, poor complaints procedure and wriggle put of paying compensation for something that THEY lost??? WOW - completely useless!

Your driver trespasses on private property and when informed politely where the front door is…he threatens and threatens to damage your property too. Yet I still see him about.

Hermes are disgusting parcel late no one answering phones why does anyone use this firm be quicker for horse and cart to deliver than hermes
