Why does anyone use this company. Ebayers get parcels delivered sometimes. Take a look at Andrew Lawrence video on Hermes. He nails their attitude...right guv.

Hermes are really rubbish at informing you if delivery dates. They also sent me a missed delivery message at 9.15 for a delivery at 10.05 am which I didn't know about until I ready the missed delivery message. This is the third encounter I've had with Hermes and I had the same lies in delivery notices

My parcels are either lost or broken and you can never speak to a person to sort it out it has a voice activated message that never recognise tracking no

Absolutely awful always delayed or lost parcels even when you receive it they leave it in stupid places why do companies use this company feedback and contact are impossible ive started to ask if anything im buying is to be delivered by them if so i wont order

One of my deliveries was sent to the next road down, sent a photo of it at a blue front door, I sent them a picture back of my yellow door. Parcel I waiting for now they have had at their depot for 5 days, would love to know what they’re doing with it?

Never receive parcel when I should and no one to contact always receive 2 days after due date

I have had multiple problems with packages arriving late or being handled so poorly they get damaged beyond repair, my latest package was supposed to arrive 4 days ago according to the hermes website, its not just me lots of people have had issues receiving packages from this company

No contact, bad tracking system, can only see the attempted delivery after it’s taken place via tracking number no email or heads up that it was going to be delivered today

I think hermes courier stole my parcel. He took the picture of the parcel and then stole it after. I can't find it on the other side. Do not use hermes.

Hermes never deliver on time, tracking is never updated. Overall its a terrible courier and I hate it when sellers use hermes as I always end up with parcels being late.

Should have license taken off them, dreadful company.

Maybe 1 in 10 deliveries I've sent arrived undamaged. 1 in 10 delivered to me on time. You get what you pay for I guess but not the best of experiences. Spend the extra couple of pounds and send with someone reliable.

Hermes still have my parcel for 4 days now still waiting ?
