I’m still waiting on my parcel which says it’s been in your depot for 4 days and I haven’t received any new shipping information on it. Hermes are shocking I always have problems with them.

Would leave no stars if I could. Avoid at all costs. Worst courier service ever!

Worst courier service ever. Never known service that 'sends' parcel to wrong depot twice. Then all you get is 'out for delivery' every time I track. I could have walked to where sender lives by now. Avoid at all costs!

I have a very bad experience with your company Hermes , I lost one of my bags through the company and they even didn’t bather themselves to apologise or to send me compensation . And my other bay delayed for nearly two weeks

Parcel did not get delivered on the day paid for, no updates information available.

Worst company ever !!!!

Your job: deliver to the right place on time. You have failed on both counts once again. With a rating as low as you have it would stir you into action to improve. But as you can't even deliver a parcel correctly it's no surprise you are still the joke of the courier trade. Only gave one star as I couldn't award 0 stars

Absolutely RUBBISH customer service actually none, you have taken payment to return a parcel and you have not issued a label will never use this company again and make people I know don’t they are useless

Only have problems with Hermes

Do not use this company. Their 1.41 rating gives you a clue. I am curious who gave more than 1* . Must have been the owners ? family.
