I have never had problems with hermes. Staff are really friendly and my parcels has always been delivered with care.

Very very poor and irresponsible service

I have no problems with their delivery. The initial sending is a different story. You order courier collection and they don't turn up. You phone to ask why and all they say is because of an admin error we won't be able to collect but you can drop it off. That's not what I paid for. You really need to sort this out as it is not the first time it has happened

I believe Hermes to be excellent never let me down.

Item on tracker was meant to be delivered Tuesday 23rd August 21 now Monday 30th August 21 night and still no parcel, shocking company can't count on delivering when they say they will, might as well say on the tracker we will deliver when we can be bothered might be broken and if not it will be by the time we are done with it, with not a single care given........

Parcel delivered to unknown neighbour and no card put through door to tell me who has it terrible service

Say they have turned up when they haven't, then say the parcel was stolen. Wont buy item from a company that use these for delivery

I expected my order to be delivered 2 days ago and I'm still waiting

Tracking my parcel. Same story for the past week. Parcel arriving soon. Personally I think this company is in serious trouble with the amount of bad reviews. Will be taking my case to Ebay

Second parcel I have tried to send through Hermes, absolute joke, not even registered that’s it’s left the premises I dropped it to. Will never use this service again.

Was told and it’s still showing that my delivery will be delivered Sunday between 3 and 5 still waiting

Parcel was out for delivery 29/8 between 2600Hrs and 1800Hrs. And is still not delivered 30/8 @ 036Hrs. And information is not updated. Very poor service.
