Item on tracker was meant to be delivered Tuesday 23rd August 21 now Monday 30th August 21 night and still no parcel, shocking company can't count on delivering when they say they will, might as well say on the tracker we will deliver when we can be bothered might be broken and if not it will be by the time we are done with it, with not a single care given........

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

So this company delivered an item incorrectly, now want my payment card details and a $46 monthly payment to locate it. Scam company, the worst I've ever come across

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
