I ordered next day delivery and it’s been 3 days

My review of Hermes is usually really good but I am waiting for a delivery from you that you have had since July and I’ve still not received it shocking service all round as there is little to no communication and you do not have a direct number for customers to call to advice

How this company is still allowed to operate amazes me... • Twice I've had expensive items collected and they've tried to deny it saying collection was attempted twice but was unsuccessful. • I've had a soundbar so called "delivered" photo provided as "proof" was my house, luckily for me my neighbour had a doorbell camera which showed the delivery driver take the soundbar with them. • Contacting Hermes is a waste of time has they don't reply to your emails Disgusting company

I order my parcel on 1st August now is 1st of September and I still not getting parcel.... HERMES driver can't found my address ....

I have always used Hermes for my ebay collections , they have collected over 20 parcels so far and no issues to date.

Diabolical service. A "three day delivery" has now been 9 days in waiting(parcel supposedly arriving this afternoon). THE most unreliable and slowest courier company I've encountered. My heart always sinks when I realise something I've ordered is being delivered through these cowboys. They are a shameful excuse for a courier service.

Lost my parcel, non existent customer service. Don't even deserve one star! Service is slated consistently and there is no improvement.

Never had a problem

Lost loads of my parcels, also thrown parcels over my fence before and my dogs have ripped them all to bits. Shocking service! Half arsed delivery drivers

I genuinely can't remember having a positive experience with Hermes. My package was dispatched on the 25th of August. Was supposed to be delivered by yesterday at the latest. Still waiting for any kind of contact from Hermes. Absolutely no surprise nowadays. I presume they must be very cheap.

Unable to speak to a real life person, just a machine
