Never had an issue I have 2 different couriers that delivers to my address and can't fault them at all.

I have tried to track my parcel at 1130 on the 2nd September and all I find is for the 1st September, why is there more upto date information

Service is rubbish my parcel has been at a stand still for over week even though it states on tracking we will have your parcel on move in 24 hours over a week later status still says same joke I only gave one star because you have to give at least one would be none in my opinion ??

Waiting 2 days for next day delivery bad service all round hermes no help at all .all you get is automated service no human contact if i could give a minus rating not enough stars

Lucky you got that trying to get intouch about a lost parcel what a joke it would be easier to get to the moon not impressed at all

They expect people to be always home. I often get a message to say parcel out for delivery but with no pre notice. Its impossible to change day of delivery only "leave with neighbour" or "safe place". Much prefer Royal Mail...you can change day .

Absolute rubbish company, never updates tracking info or delivers on time.......avoid!!!!

Not a good thing to say about this company terrible service

Overall having received quit a few parcels I think they are quite good my only complaint is the drivers just dump the parcel on your doorstep ( in my case in full view of passers by) and some times don't even knock the door

This would be zero stars if that were an option. Hermes have had my Amazon return for a month now and as far as I can tell it's now lost in the system so I won't be getting a refund. I work in a management role for a retailer that uses Hermes in store to bring customers in. I have no idea why the company I work for would do this though as being associated with Hermes in any way would only tarnish your reputation. I see who they operate as a company behind the scenes and they are utterly shocking! I wish they would just go under or get shut down.

Ordered item paid with PayPal. Contacted PayPal to inform them I had not received item. The case was closed in the seller's favour as the seller provided a valid proof of delivery. I will check with Hermes tomorrow. Will update you.

Took them 10 days to deliver withing the UK

Delivery delayed for over week. Cannot get anyone to own this and sort it out. Very frustrating, faceless outfit.

Always have issues with Hermes - delivery often delayed, tracking is terrible & often can find address, even though we are on a main route and all other couriers manage.
