Still waiting very poor service

Everytime I place an order and it is hermes who deliver it I have no problem with it arriving on time or early and the driver is so polite and friendly I have no problem of giving them five stars for there outstanding service thank you hermes

Well here I am again. I waited yesterday. For arrival of parcel courier. Did not bother to deliver. Even though they said they came . Again courier. Said they been today. No they did no as I was at main entrance waiting . Will wait tomorrow again see. If the cowboys come

Pick up was arranged today between 8am till 8pm, took day off from work nobody turn up to collect the parcel, unreliable unprofessional service, never going to use Hermes again

Reading all the reviews confirm my thoughts of Hermes ,Total garbage I actually cringe now when I find out that it’s Hermes delivering my items ,All the bother I have had in the past with them actually makes me wonder why company’s are still using these clowns to deliver their goods it’s defo not good publicity for them ,yet again my delivery day has come and went so I will just wait and see if I even receive my item ???

Paid extra for next day delivery and parcel is nowhere to be seen. Standard Hermes

I've never had any issue with Hermes and our local driver is very friendly, happy with the service you provide!

Told me should have been there 1/9/21 gave a time, then told a different time. Now still waiting.

Hermes are excellent I've had no issues with them.alwaus delivered to me.without any problems.

Don't deliver on time. Claim items are delivered when they are not. Tracking system tells you nothing of use.

Delivery always as they say on time
