Worst experience of any company I’ve felt with in the WORLD! Failed to deliver moving size box of Christmas presents then admitted they had lost the gigantic box and refused to refund postage cost and £20 MAX compensation they offer! If you still choose to send with this company (company used in the loosest of terms) good luck.

All I can say is just be honest with customer, don't say its on way or giving a time window, when you know it's not going to happen, hermes would not ov been my 1st choice if I was sending a parcel

I paid for next day delivery but it didn’t arrive until 2 days later. Disappointed in future I won’t pay the extra albeit a good price

They are processing my parcel for delivery for 3 days. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. No updates the chat facility is useless would give 0 stars

very slow company I wish people would use a more reliable courier as hermes don't seem to care that it takes on average 5to8 days ho deliver
