Always at least one day late

Didn’t even ring the door bell left both of my parcels left in the electric cupboard

Hermes are slow, don’t care if they are slow and will not respond to any issues. They should be embarrassed at their rating but it’s just a cash cow for Martijn De Lange

Stilling waiting for my parcel. Since yesterday nothing has been delivered. I called and the voice control said can't understand

What a shambles company must be run by a joker

Still waiting on a package sent a week ago, no update on the tracker for four days. I hate it when I learn it’s a Hermes delivery as they are hopeless. I for one would never use them.

Consistently poor service, this is the 6th package waiting on Hermes, they take around a week to ten days longer than any other carrier. So if your willing to wait and save a pound or two then use them, if not don’t use them!!

No info for contact on card left , No Driver Name , No Telephone Number, No tracking Number , Hermes are yet again The worse Parcel Delivery Company in Britain, If Not The World .

New driver In the area were all waiting on at least one parcel I have 2 delayed from 2 weeks ago that was next day delivery he can’t seem to find anyone…

Worst experience of any company I’ve felt with in the WORLD! Failed to deliver moving size box of Christmas presents then admitted they had lost the gigantic box and refused to refund postage cost and £20 MAX compensation they offer! If you still choose to send with this company (company used in the loosest of terms) good luck.

One star is too many - beyond useless

All I can say is just be honest with customer, don't say its on way or giving a time window, when you know it's not going to happen, hermes would not ov been my 1st choice if I was sending a parcel

I paid for next day delivery but it didn’t arrive until 2 days later. Disappointed in future I won’t pay the extra albeit a good price

Was delayed for 24hours on Tuesday. It’s now Friday.
