Drivers loose parcels. Always late and no one to talk too. If you make a complaint they say drivers don't work for us so nothing we can do. One star is too much for them.. never use

Appalling service. Hermes Logistics log shows: 20 August. Parcel accepted by Hermes It also shows out for delivery on 3 dates A map showing attempted delivery to completely wrong address on 2 September 5 September still no parcel This is not the first time my Hermes parcels have gone to the wrong address.

Absolutely stupid service at Christmas I lost 60 pounds worth of presents because the shop couldn't refund me because it was hermes fault and trying to contact hermes was a joke and now dosnt look like I'm getting another parcel because it was due last night and still no word on it I hate this delivery service

Bloody useless 8+days to deliver a amazon parcel witch should have taken 3days from Swindon about 80 miles away.

Paid, dropped off, collected, delivered and signed for. No issues

Absolutely terrible delivery service a 48 hr delivery has taken 5 days now and always the same excuse couldn't deliver today Having done multi drop.myself I know how hard it can be but 48hrs means 48 hrs not 48 days

Hermes are slow, don’t care if they are slow and will not respond to any issues. They should be embarrassed at their rating but it’s just a cash cow for Martijn De Lange

What a shambles company must be run by a joker

Still waiting on a package sent a week ago, no update on the tracker for four days. I hate it when I learn it’s a Hermes delivery as they are hopeless. I for one would never use them.

Consistently poor service, this is the 6th package waiting on Hermes, they take around a week to ten days longer than any other carrier. So if your willing to wait and save a pound or two then use them, if not don’t use them!!

No info for contact on card left , No Driver Name , No Telephone Number, No tracking Number , Hermes are yet again The worse Parcel Delivery Company in Britain, If Not The World .
