You've lost yet another parcel. What do you do with them? In my experience you lose or misplace maybe a third of theparcels entrusted to your care. How long can a company provide such terrible service and survive in this competitive market? Tracking shows parcel accepted at the parcelshop 3weeks ago but no further news, update or delivery since. Truly terrible service, AGAIN. Don't know why I'm surprised, really.

Absolutely rubbish courier service. They took my money but did not arrive to pick up my parcel to return to sender. Shall not be using this company again. The drivers earn good wages too. Something is definitely wrong with the service, so they really need to look into it!

Rubbish says its delivered but not seen anything again. Joke of a company!!!!!

To slow to deliver might as well use Royal mail

Worse company ever Hope to never use them again If I ordered from Amazon and goes to this company to deliver I will cancel. Lost to many of my stuff. Very unhappy!!!

Parcel supposed to arrive today as usual with Hermes be a day late

I got an email from them yesterday to say the driver would be here between 12 and 3pm. I didn't go out all day. My door buzzer is very loud and my dog barks at it. So there is no way I could miss the call. Then at 3pm a message saying An attempt was made to deliver but no one home and they lefta note. Pure lies. No note and no call.

Terrible, delivery was 7 days late then then delivered to the wrong house, no offer to retrieve package, I had to go find it myself. Will never willingly use you again or recommend you to anyone

Absolutely disgusting company the worst ever, one star is too good for them i never see a company i hate so much honestly they're the worst ever stay away people.

I think the Hermes service is absolutely disgusting I’ve waited over a week for a parcel when I track the item it just says we have collected your parcel from the parcel shop it never changes it was expected 4days ago I won’t be using them again

Terrible service three days late no contact. Do not use Hermes.

Worst courier ever! The amount of parcels I've had not delivered is insane. They shouldn't be operating at all.
