Terrible still waiting on my parcel

Still waiting, no update on Hermes tracker. Where is my parcel?

Hermes are out and liars, say they tried to deliver when we were in and nothing on our cameras

Couruer. Waste of time b691t area. Been waiting for a parcel . As we've been out . Courier refuses to leave with neighbour . Left massage on door to be left with neighbour but again refused. In the end after a week told the sender to have item back and got a refund

Absolutely Rubbish! Untrustworthy and extremely unreliable! They keep leaving my parcels ontop of a communal letterbox by the main door to the building instead ringing the doorbell and giving me the parcel.

Absolutely diabolical cannot talk to anyone parcel missing don't want to know

I tracked my parcel on site today and it said they tried to deliver it yesterday 7 sept but no one came to my door, never rang the bell, my door bell tells me if someone at the door and shows me a picture of someone there but no one tried to deliver it.

Hermes are not efficient like use to be !

Slow. Slower than the slowest slow thing. Lazy, anti customer, hopeless, incompetent and slow. Should not be allowed out and should certainly not be in the business of delivering anything because it’s the one thing they can’t do.

Lost parcel, no update for a week. Would give minus score if possible

I have heard about this delivery company I’ve even witnessed parcel dump in the street as they couldn’t find the number of the house I would never ever recommend this company if you want your parcel to arrive if there not dumping it in the street there opening it so see weather they want it or to deliver it very bad company to use

Hermes have had my parcel since 30th August. Supposed to be delivered by 1st September. Now 6th and till waiting on them delivering it. Not good enough

I cannot find enough words but simply useless
