Worst delivery company ever had parcels lost and delivered to other addresses so annoyed I never want a delivery of them again

Never had any problems and well cheaper than the so called royal MAIL

Package was lost for 4 days then miraculously found & delivered, BUT only according to the tracking, i have a Ringo device & received no parcels at all from my hermes & have video evidence to prove there have been no deliveries, DO NOT USE HERMES IF YOU VALUE WHAT YOU ARE POSTING, THEY WILL JUST LIE & SAY THEY DELIVERED IT, unfortunately i have had to leave 1 star because you cannot leave minus stars

Always use Hermes, promt, anddriver

It total lying about the pacel tracking this was 1 day service no 2 days gone still haven't recived it always problems with hemes they Micky out fit

What a rubbish service. Suppose to be next day delivery all I can find out is its at the depot. 4 days and counting.

Very poor service. Waiting for a parcel since one week. No updates nothing. On tracking its just showing processing it. Even worst customer service too. Tried to call, digital assistant is there can't follow what is being said. Opened an online query also a digital assistant asking some set of questions Please think before sending parcel with Hermes. If there was an option for zero star i wiuld have opted that. Worst service

My parcel is three days late I would never use hermes total rubbish company

I don’t know how this company continues to function. My parcel has been ‘delayed’ in their depot for 2 weeks!! I’ll be lucky if I do get it as I live on a farm and the driver is too lazy to drive down the lane to us. I guarantee the next Hermes update will be unable to deliver or no one in when there is someone here very day!! Had I known the company used Hermes I wouldn’t have placed the order. Sadly companies advertise Royal Mail delivery and then you these bloody people!

Never received the package is marked as delivered

Can’t deliver when they said it will can joke

Every Hermes order has always been over a week late

Paid for next day delivery,item still in their depot, total amateurs.

Always damaged and searched through.
