We have been waiting for our delivery well over a week now and it’s just popped up that it is being processed. To all companies out there who use the horrendous service I am surprised you still have business. In the future if the postage is through Hermes I will buy elsewhere. The service in poor and gaining information from them is almost impossible.

Can't get to speak to a human being over lost parcel

Slow, awful service. Most parcels are thrown/dumped by the door, the rest don’t show up at all

You'd be better off using a pigeon

No communication at all

I've lived at my current address for 4 years now, and have never had any issues with Hermes. The packages always arrive on time, the drivers are lovely and the tracking info is always accurate.

Good and fast service

My parcel should have been here Wednesday as all the others say its at your local depot they obviously have driver shortages so hopefully get it this week sometime!!

I’ve not recieved a parcel that says you have delivered. This is not the first time this has happened. I’m disgusted with your company!!!

Shipped items wasn't I registered and is anywhere

Parcel sent through Hermes p9263132 recipient claims to have not received it I have therefore lost both the item and the money

Had a card posted through door. Absolutely blank. Not a piece of information ticked on it. Absolutely useless company. Never use them.

Used the next day delivery and no problem. Only gripe is, I wish they could be more descriptive like DPD or DHL on their tracking info.

Not received my parcel on time as it stated today to delivery. Ordered Monday still not dilivered by the end of the week. Very disappointed. 3rd class service at best if the parcel item fails to arrive tomorrow when expected today.
