Terrible service left note for parcel to be left at front door also put note on front door saying leave parcel there both ignored the driver also said he tryed to deliver parcel but no one home when my wife was at home and no one came to the door worst service iv ever gotten from a courier company

Not good at all, my parcel was ment to be delivered 5 days ago and still haven't heard nothing and it cost £3.60 per minute to speak anyone !!

Been waiting for delivery since yesterday apparently they tried to deliver my parcel but claims I was not in or there was not a safe place to leave it This is a lie as I was looking out the window the time the delivery driver claims he tried to deliver and not even a card put through letterbox I'm now waiting for it to be delivered to me the time stated was between 16.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs it is now 18.59 and still nothing Uou cannot even get yo speak to anyone to find out what is going on unbelievable shabby service I should of just went to pets at home to get what I needed I need to go out but am unable to incase my delivery arrives arghhh
