Been waiting for delivery since yesterday apparently they tried to deliver my parcel but claims I was not in or there was not a safe place to leave it This is a lie as I was looking out the window the time the delivery driver claims he tried to deliver and not even a card put through letterbox I'm now waiting for it to be delivered to me the time stated was between 16.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs it is now 18.59 and still nothing Uou cannot even get yo speak to anyone to find out what is going on unbelievable shabby service I should of just went to pets at home to get what I needed I need to go out but am unable to incase my delivery arrives arghhh

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
