Not the above average service you would expect, use quite regularly the next day service, which it is not, never gets top destination by next day. Tracking service is never up to date, and final notifications take forever. Drop off shop ideal, close by, friendly staff, easy shop printer service for labels.

Dropped off parcel at hermes drop off shop on the 3rd of September. Got usel ticket starting with letter P then 7 didget numbers. parcel still not arrived trying to get tracking but evert time I try I'm asked for 16 didget number getting no response.

Today is wednesday, no updates since last sunday..

Horrible service very slow on updates and delivery parcel came and it was thrown over wall disgusted will never use again

Repeatedly they deliver to a wrong address. And then eBay refuse to refund me, because Hermes say they have delivered. Absolutely atrocious service.

Totally lost package!! Will never use them again.

If there were no stars I would have given it. Everything I order that get delivered by hermes is either late or doesn't turn up at all. Do you actually read the comments left by customers? I don't think so. Shocking company. Amazes me how they are still in business ???

Delivered to the wrong depot 3 days ago....still no delivery or information.

no note left for delivery attempt and the website won't let re-book the delivery. ment to leave a review last time but forgot. last time you courier had a bad attitude.

Terrible service, in last 2 weeks they lost or delivered to the wrong address 4 parcels!!! No proper customer service, horrible automated useless assistance. No follow up with complaints. The worst courier setvice ever.
