Absolutely rubbish.. never use myself the late with everything. Package's end up damaged.. and this time sent my parcel to wrong sorting depot.. avoid!!!!

After waiting over a week from the first promised delivery date I have just received an email telling me that my parcel has been delivered. It hasn’t. The retailer has also been told that I have received delivery. I haven’t.

Worst courier ever. Tracking is never up to date was told it would be a 10 day delivery 16 days and still waiting and can’t get to speak to someone. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Always dread seeing something is being delivered by hermes . Never had anything on time . My current parcel im waiting on is 2 weeks late ?

Had one delivery that had been stood on, it had a dirty boot print on it! Also had parcels left on the ground outside our block of flats with no attempt to buzz the flat number. If I'm being sent a parcel and I find Hermes is the courier I prepare a refund request because I know I'm going to be disappointed.

Missed a parcel guy put a blank card through the door what's the point? Still waiting for the item to be delivered and its past the due date. Tracking is rubbish.

Don’t ever arrange a collection. I can laugh about it now, but a 12 hour collection window is bad enough in 2021on topped by a bone collection. No communication, nothing, no call centre or online help. I even tried a Twitter message and have never received a reply. Cheap for a reason and really not that cheap if you shop around.

I'd give it less than 1 star if it would let me. Tracking says my item is out for delivery on Monday. It's now Wednesday and I'm still waiting. No-one to contact directly for an update. Useless would be an understatement
