The logistics and the couriers around our area in west Devon are great, BUT! The website is awful! Through eBay the address page NEVER likes MY postcode and often doesn’t like my buyers. Through the actual Hermes website, it always crashes and can take me an hour or more to purchase and print a label. The fact that my sales can be picked up from my house and the cheaper postage are the ONLY reasons I still use Hermes. That and the lovely lady who picks them up. Sort it out Hermes! You may just lose me……

Saying delivered parcel at 13.09 I been in all day no note no proof of delivery so far 8days overdue can't contact them tried other ways to contact them no luck so a big fat 0 stars even though had to put 1star to get review accepted

Bad, never have my tracking number when I need it

Why do so many parcels that are handled by Hermes get delayed OR never turn up? Their tracking still has an ETA of 23rd Sept even though it's now 27th!! Still have no idea when I can expect my parcel

Hermes delivery man Cm20 3RG he is a mean and not professional I m waiting for months collection and week for delivery he came my area but not delivered my item either collection

Seem to hold on to packages for days before delivering. One package was in their distribution network for five days before being delivered whilst another package (which they received two days earlier and was from the same supplier and going to the same address) is still at their depot 10 days later. If they were in the same depot at the same time wouldn't it be more efficient to deliver them to the same address at the same time? Not very environmentally friendly either!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Seriously.

Without a doubt this is the poorest service with the most incompetent people I've ever known.

I've been advised via phone notification that Hermes attempted to deliver my parcel. They did not attempt this and did not leave a card through the door.

Just lies about deliveries - said attempted delivery but never did - today website says “business closed unable to deliver” - we’re a regulator terraced house!!!

Parcels always late and damaged by rough handling most of the time

Ordered from eBay ...tracking States delivered item not received or left with neighbour .we have video door bell and no delivery in our events log...this is not first time we have had issue with Hermes delivery ...if had known Hermes was courier would not have ordered ..not the service expected ..very disappointed as cannot contact them directly .

Parcel lost. Said delivered despite precise location being pinned and alternative instructions given.

Terrible delivery service parcel left on door step and got update saying it had been delivered securely to my household which is a lie get home to see that my parcel has gone from my doorstep worse delivery company ever!!!!
