Absolutely rubbish soo many times am receiving parcel trough this Hermes and its always gets stuck with lockal driver for few days even its spouse to be delivered ages ago absolutely horrible service no proper customer service either

Never had a problem with Hermes, always deliver my parcels within reasonable time and always delivered carefully.

Late delivery I was expecting my parcel on 29th sep and today is 30th Sep and time is 17:32 not yet any news on my delivery status

Awful said they had tried to deliver my sons birthday present but it never arrived. I work from home so always home. I’m still waiting for a refund and £110 down

Honestly wait forever for a parcel to “arrive” for it to be dumped in my stick shed with no note to say it’s there then find it days later ruined. If something is being shipped Hermes I tend to look elsewhere

It's very difficult to trace parcel returned as I can't speak to customers service. I tried to put track number which was given to me but no joy. Can you please help.

Had my item for well over a week and it's still just processing. This should have been a 1 day delivery.

The worst service and postman ever I experience. No one ring the doorbell, but they lie that no one was home. By calling customer service the answer is what i expect her to do because she doesn't no what to answer . shock how this firms exists

No Proof of delivery to the correct address although I put a label in the box requesting a photo to be taken and “make sure parcel is handed to a person. Parcel was lest out side on step!! This is not acceptable!! Service to driver NO star

Never had any issues like I've read about on reviews, judging by the ratings the only people that review hermes are those that have a beef.

Your asking me to pay £5 to find out when my parcel is coming because your tracking system us rubbish. Sort your selves out

Was meant to receive my order Mon its now Wednesday and still no sign or any communication.

My heart sinks when I hear something is being sent via Hermes .For second time in just over a month my order has simply disappeared and yet another is getting close to being overdue.
