Absolutely ridiculous business sent 4 separate parcels in 2 month 3 of these VANISHED .....there obviously pinching these at depot!! As all got posted to reputable companies.. ABSOLUTE CROOKS

I been waiting for my package and the delivery man did not came to my address or call me. I was working on the Sunday morning that the delivery man said that they couldn't get into the building.

Poor service. Says parcel delivered but no delivery as we stayed in all afternoon waiting. Unable to talk to anyone only automated who keep telling us parcel delivered

They are saying they have my parcel but can't deliver due to a major event ???!! I ordered this as it could be delivered by Saturday for a birthday present. Nobody is ever held responsible at Hermes. I have 1 very disappointed little girl . They don't care less. I wish businesses would take heed and stop using this sham company.

Shocking service ... taken 2 weeks and still no sign of my parcel !

Awful.. 3 parcels delayed and no update since last week.

Terrible! Got my parcel but couldn’t see where item was during transit. Last update was 8 hours ago. Literally just checked the letter box and it’s there. App says driver still has it at 10am!

Wired in all day for delivery, tracking said between 11 and 1. Now 6pm and no delivery, tracking said attempted delivery at 11.39am. CCTV shows nobody at door between 9.15am and 5pm. Worst company for delivery I have found.

Why do companies use Hermes when there are more reliable delivery services available? I guess they must be cheap.

Worst service ever!!! They twice left a "Sorry we missed you" card when they were not even near my building. Then said they had delivered it when it wasn't true and delivered it the day after. Unreliable, impossible to contact...AWFUL

Still waiting on next day delivery and a timed slot delivery which has already an hour late next day delivery should have come yesterday

My sent parcel is now 2 weeks overdue. Impossible to speak to human being to investigate. Virtual assistant Holly is a waste of time. The phone contact is also a waste of time as the computer voice cuts off part way during tracking number entry. Won’t use Hermes again.

This has to be one of the worst delivery company’s I don’t know how they are still in business. I wish company’s i buy from would stop using these ???

Avoid them they never show up

Always late. Just dumps on doorstep and runs regardless of weather , value of item or security . I hate finding out that my retailer is using Hermes. I know then I won't get my product on time
