Hermes have gone down in delivery rating takes 4 days to collect a return and you receive a parcel for delivery and we don’t get it for 4 days even though you’ve requested next day delivery

the service is really poor. the worst delivery company.

Poor service. Unable to speak with a representative. Had message to say delivery attempted. Was home and nothing on security cameras, unable to speak with any one, after multiple attempts on phone, to sort out!!

They keep losing my parcels and no compensation. Also there is no customer service whatsoever. You can't contact anyone!

Payed for parcel to be delivered by a certain day and it did not arrive. Shocking service

Updates are terrible, and help line gives you no further information Won’t use again!

They must be making a fortune by sending the lost items to auction as I have had numerous parcels go missing and they refuse to issue compensation. Hermes are as competent as the British government so get a Zero score from me .

By far the worst courier service on the market , they have lost my parcels in the past and I got no compensation. They deliver to wrong addresses but this is what you get from a cheap service . 0 out of 10 rating from me .

Disappointing service. Parcels go missing and Hermes says they are investigating but nothing is ever done on their side. Third parties always resolve issues but never Hermes.

Says parcel been delivered, never received the parcel. Despicable.

Twice in a week the courier from Hermes left deliveries (both electrical items) on the doorstep in the rain and marked the items as "delivered securely to your outbuilding". We don't have an outbuilding. Both items subsequently disappeared and Hermes don't want to know!

Got to be one of the slowest delivery firms out there, might be cheaper then the rest but the service is poor.

I am trying to track my parcel on your site, and all it says it will be with you soon, what is that supposed to mean. I want to know when I can expect my parcel and what your procedure is when I am not at home when you deliver.....

Absolutely ridiculous service as always by hermes. You wait in all day for your parcel to arrive. Just to be told in the evening that it failed to deliver and they'll try the next working day. Well thanks for a complete waste of 2 days now as tomorrow I'm sure I'll have the same issues. Disappointing is an understatement
