Picked up on Monday, my friendly carrier has it, well tell him to get it delivered, supposed to arrive LAST WEDNESDAY still not arrived a WEEK later.... ?

eBay say parcel delivered, Hermes tracking says 'Signed For', the subcontractor courier link says on it's way... The actual parcel... Isn't anywhere to be seen.

Very slow and unreliable

10 days they got my parcel so far and still not delivered say a major event ,, come on it's in the local depot but can't even pick it up..not happy...

Said they'd left it with a neighbour but no card posted and no idea which neighbour,after checking with all the neighbours still no parcel

Worst delivery company says its out for delivery so you wait all day then sorry its running late and 9 out of 10 times you don't get the item !

What a slow courier service. Terrible ?. I could have walked walked with the parcel and delivered it myself quicker. !!!!!

Poor service. Unable to speak with a representative. Had message to say delivery attempted. Was home and nothing on my CC TV cameras, unable to speak with any one, after multiple attempts on phone. Very poor service. Icons don’t work on their website

I sent my package a week ago and paid for next day delivery. They tried to deliver the package to a business address at TEN OCLOCK AT NIGHT. They have not yet attempted redelivery, despite me calling them yesterday morning. My package thus lies in the ethers somewhere, untraceable. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. *** A V O I D ***

Every other courier leaves parcels for me in a safe place but your company doesn't bother, just unnecessary hassle for all ...

Hermes have a bad reputation because they are useless. Packages are either late or lost.
