Delivery driver left final attempt. As to my knowledge no one has tried to deliver this until today first attempt!!

The most terrible delivery service ever

I don’t even want to give them a star. They always late with their deliveries. Unfortunately all the shopping retailers are working with them I don’t understand they have to remove delivery charges if they want to work with Hermes????

Parcel left on doorstep, despite their contract stating the drivers are not allowed as NOT a safe place. Wrote to company as parcel not there! Ignored and never had contact. Another parcel left in recycling bin which was emptied by council! What a stupid place to leave it. Same thing nothing from hermes when contacted. If I could give nil stars I would. I would never use them if shipping!

States that they have posted through the letter box something that obviously wouldn't fit.

My parcel has now been sitting with them for 10 days and only one attempt to be delivered. You can’t speak to anyone to resolve the issue and their 24/7 customer service support is an automated messaging service. Will not be using them again!

What a useless company. My parcel stuck for more than a month and I still do not know when they deliver it to me. Customer care is a robot telling you excatly the same every day. Shame of you.

The worst courier service I've come across. Ordered an item 8 days ago through amazon prime, still not arrive. The last update was 5 days ago.

I perchase many items off ebay, and the only time I get problems is when hermes are delivering, they are absolutely shocking

As always horrific service... Apparently delivered Sat to a neibour.. Did I get a note from hermes? Of course not... That would mean they were doing their job ?

A parcel has been noted as delivery tomorrow for 5 YES 5 days parcel to go say we are brokers but do nothing but get paid a shame a minus not able to leave as for customer service if they say should be tomorrow are they liars or just showing how efficient they are by resolution of complaint. The parcel was sent 9 days ago.

I cannot speak highly enough my Hermes delivery drivers are great, never had a problem at all, very helpful, had different drivers lately but used to have a regular guy he was amazing, all others have been fine and always get regular updates on time to expect parcel. Maybe the negative feedback is from people from a different area, but I have had no problems at all.
