Your tracking info is the worst

Has to be the slowest courier service there is, my parcel has been with them since early Monday morning, in the local hub since Wednesday, it's now Friday afternoon and still not delivered ?

A week to deliver a parcel from pick up?

Advised by Amazon 14/10/21 parcel with Hermes and a tracking number arriving 15/10/21 , applied tracking number and all I get is expecting parcel 14/10/21 !!!, after some raccoon has chewed the cable

Multiply times haven’t received my parcel and never rang my buzzer so lost out on money everytime

Still haven’t had a refund for damaged goods months ago.

Delivery attempt… there was no delivery attempt… shocking service… Avoid

This year alone I have had seven parcels that have not been delivered either being lost in the system or stolen. Drivers leave the parcels in buckets, outside your door in the pouring rain if you are lucky enough to actually recieve it. Foreigners driving their own vans crammed with delivery items, it's no wonder Hermes have a terrible reputation. If buying online, ask the seller if they could change delivery companies before buying. Shocking company.

Kept up to their usual Standard Absolutely useless no sign of parcel, tracking no doesn't tell me anything, why do companies use this service

This company makes everything difficult especially getting your parcel
