Parcel came box all battered looked inside 2 bedside lamps bent and broken had to take back to wilko manager there was not Happy

The worst!! We have been trying to get a desk delivered for over 3 weeks that has been in and out of their “hub”. They lie… simple… they tell the seller they “attempted delivery” when they do not!! Use a different courier if you want something delivered properly.

Absolute appalling service. 13 days late in delivery, no information as to why it was delayed. This isn’t the first time I’ve had hassle with this company. I cannot understand why sellers use this company,

Absolutely disgusted with the delivery service of this company. Been told that you tried to deliver my previous package before this re-send several times which was simply just not true as I was in on each occasion. A photo was taken with a finger placed over the camera so you could not even see where the courier was. Then the supplier gave Hermes time to come up with a reason why the item was not delivered and now I am being sent a replicate of the original order which is supposedly in your possession. I am awaiting updates as to when this will be successfully delivered to me

2 months now and my parcel still not delivered

Terrible … took ages to arrive .. then 50% damaged another parcel wasn’t delivered… tracking said it was being returned because of damage … still waiting for another parcel that hasn’t arrived .

Apparently delivery attempted day before parcel was due but I was at home and nobody came. Next day there was no attempt to collect from depot even. And I’d stayed in all day. Tracking details are hours behind real time so I’ve no idea where my parcel is

Ordered books from the work's on the 12th October next day delivery no sign of parcel on Wed will definitely deliver Thursday no show still saying in the hub ready for delivery nothing Friday. Don't know if I will ever receive it and not the first time it happened either. Why company's use Hermes I'll never know, must cost them a lot of money in refunds. Rubbish tracking service and website can't speak to a human. Wouldn't need to if they got it right in the first place. Still waiting for update on parcel delivery!!!! Where is my parcel ?????????????

Rubbish , arrived to Hermes 30/09/21 im still waiting never delivered to me they keep for them self !!!!!

Arrived... but extremely late... also the box was badly damaged.. considering the item inside is over 40 years old....
