Seems like only unhappy people leave reviews so to redress the balance I have to say I’ve had very few problems. Some really nice couriers delivering to me. Customer service however leaves much to be desired as it’s nigh on impossible to speak to anyone .

Very bad information.i waited in 4 days for my delivery ..hermes had my parcel 6 days!

I would never choose to use such a bad company

It seems Hermes have a terrible reputation but in the last year or so I have sent maybe 12-15 parcels via eBay packlink and they've been faultless?

Keep saying you have divered when you HAVEN'T - possibly the worst couriers in the UK

Worst delivery ever Lost first delivery went to Rugby instead of Hayes when eventually arrive smashed to bits including box. Reordered goods 5 days ago silk not seen head or tail of it and according to tracking Hermes don't have it! Any company using Hermes as there couriers will not have my business.

48 hours delivery times more 4 days later not delivery very bad

Your driver delivering to yo164qt post code never waits to see if in drops it at front door then just goes i have gone outside many times to find parcel on front door steps and driver has disappeared

We have a delivery driver called Joe. He has become our friend. He puts the parcel in a safe place. He’s brilliant

I've personally never had a problem with Hermes at all, delivering or Sending parcels . Always delivered to the destination on time , most the time a few days earlier if any thing. The boxes I've been delivered have often come with slight damage or tears on corners, but the item inside has always been as I expected, new & undamaged, I see a lot of people concentrating on leaving Hermes a bad review, people should also take the time to write a good one also, just as important really.

Hermes deliveries to me are NEVER on time, same story, item delayed...system down, tried to deliver . Absolute rubbish courier??

Estimated delivery 11:00 to 13:00. Turned up after 14:00 but at least they didn’t lose this one

Parcel status saying it’s out for delivery for 4 days now and still not received!! Shocking service!
