One of the worst delivery company ever

Many of the drivers are so unprofessional and lazy

Terrible service.. always late.. when I'm not in they won't leave with a neighbour and I'm always at work I can't take the day off in the hope it may arrive... Now I've not received a £150 present for my son saying it may be lost in the post!!

Totally unreliable. You will not get your parcel. They won't tell you what happened to it. Good luck if you use Hermes. Can't rate minus won't let me.

Useless, late and no information

Why do they lie? They say that they attempted to deliver but I was in all day. Waited in and kept looking out for them,nobody buzzed my flat from the main entrance..they also damaged another parcel,so the company had to send another one out. I don't rate them at all now they lied,saying they attempted delivery when I know they didn't...I've give them a low rating,but I rate them 0 ..had no choice to rate them unfortunatly

No explanation apart from major incident slowing us down ?? What the hell does that tell me

I bought an item and did not receive it

Still not got my parcel

Hopelessly useless, keep saying they delivered and several times, I have asked Amazon not to use Hermes to deliver my product, it's a poor service for an Amazon prime member. JJ

Terrible service been waiting almost a month for my parcel and they still ain't delivered it due to silly spillage! It dosnt take weeks to clean something up!!!!

what is the point of informing me at 12 you are delivering at 11. Alsoe waiting two weeks for next day redelivery this is no service at all

Hermes email me to say they left my parcel in my porch way when I don't have a porch way, they never left a card and when I inquire about the delivery they say they don't recognise my post code or the tracking number this service is a absolute nightmare

We have parcel will be soon ? Lol sooner or later ? How vague !

Multiple breakages deliveries returned to me for no reason losing me customers parcels lost. Will never use again!
