An appalling company. Faceless and impossible to contact when things go wrong!

Always a problem with the delivery. Quite often doesn’t get delivered at all. I don’t buy from companies if I know they use Hermes

If you could give no stars it's more than they deserve. Undoubtedly the worst courier company by a country mile

Said they would deliver 1300-1500 At 2025 still not here ????

This has got to be the worse ever courier service .Waited in all morning ,for a delivery then received a email saying I was out,not once but three times ,when clearly I wasn't. This isn't the first time this has happened ,that a parcle didn't arrive ,never to be seen again .AVOiD !!!! 4 star rating my arm pit ,looking at these comments ,I wouldn't even give them one star.

Dreadful service. Packages falling to prices and so wet puddles on my floor! No response to complaint. Diabolical not worth 1 star.

Absolutely disgusting service, I won't use again, sent 24 hours, still not been delivered a week later, don't waste your time and money

Ordered a component for my car you picked it up Monday here iam on Friday morning and still haven't received it going to cost me more money now and still haven't got component supposed to be here by Wednesday and still says on tracking that it's at the depot never use hermes again apsolutely rubbish

Said it was delivered, i was in all day no show. Not the first time my parcel has gone missing.

The servis is less then poor! Lost parcels, not working g customer service. No number that you can dial to talk to human rather then prerecorded messages. In our area parcels ussually are not delivered to right addresses. Even if they are noone is bothered to knock to the door they just dump them around the property ie: behind bins, marking it on tracking as they've left it in safe place (?) The only company which gives constantly problems with the delivery. Need to look for the parcels and chase the deliveries constantly
