3 times herms have been tasked with delivering a parcel to my address and 3 times I have not received any

Rescheduled the delivery without even attempting it, no useful information in the tracking app

You said I was not in, not true I was in all day took delivery of parcels from very & Amazon I am here all day today still no parcel, wouldn’t recommend Hermes

Never had a good delivery from this place, my heart sinks and frustration builds when a company info me that hermes are the 'courier' service (service!! Not) I haven't had one of my friends express a good delivery or experience with this lot either. So am waiting on a delivery so will come back and hopefully be able to leave something good for once. But not holding my breath... to be continued....

I parcel was lost 1 had 50% damage another wasn’t delivered because that was damage . Was supposed to return the damage . That didn’t happy. Very poor service

Every time Hermes are the courier I have problems getting my parcel. I am going to stop using any company's that uses them and let them know why.

Hermes lost my £800 jordan 1s that i bought through a trusted seller on depop. was meant to be next day with a tracking number however it was apparently lost at a depot and a sweep of the depot didn’t find the parcel. waited over a week to hear anything back and still no one has got in touch. unfortunately i have had to refund the item so the seller now has no shoes nor the £800 i paid him. hermes needs to be taken to court.

Absolute joke stole huge parcel after getting to depot just vanished out of thin air

I've been having parcels deliveries to my home for years now.Hermes is very slow,every time I get tracking info & it says Hermes is delivering I think,oh no here we go another extremely long wait!

Absolutely abissmal service, I always have to wait for deliveries and subsequently let my customers down due to their poor service

Never had a delivery on time from them. They send message delivery on route then never turn up, very poor.

How is this diabolical company still going? Ordered UK item Sunday. With Hermes Tuesday. Advised delivery will be Thurs to Sat. Saturday morning, advised delivery by 8.00pm. Gave up my usual Satuday night out to await arrival of package. Advised after non-arrival - running a little late, delivery now next 1-4 days. What a shower of a so called company, avoid at all costs. I've had big problems every time just about every other time a seller uses this dreadful courier. Annoyed you can't give them zero stars!

Hermes can be hit and miss. Parcels that I paid next day delivery would take a week. Updates are sporadic. Parcel not delivered due to a road closure nearly 24 hours ago . Suppose to arrive next day and needed for a birthday present. Too late as I had to buy another item locally. Ordered from Debenhams online. Overall I would probably give 2.5.

Supposed delivery at 10.06 and 11.06pm. No way was this done. Clown
