My package was delivered in an inappropriate place (communal hallway) and the item with the packaging was damaged!

Claimed they attempted to deliver parcel twice on same day yet i was working in kitchen which overlooks front garden during the times they claimed they attempted delivery and when phoned local courier they never answered or try to deliver next day causing us lots of problems but we have had many bad issues with this courier here once parcel turned up 2 months late

They charge pennies cheaper than Royal Mail but the operation is dire. Avoid Hermes all time, buy quality, buy British, use Royal Mail!!!!!

Amazon tracking has herme's making 2 attempts to deliver my parcel. Pack of lies. I was in all night and no attempts were made. I checked your tracking last night and this morning andit showed the courier hadn't even got my parcel yet I took screenshot of this so it pointless you changing tracking to suit your narrative. Just deliver my package. John.

Three parcels were due driver took photo of two don't know where my parcel is and now its claimed its been delivered. I've got his picture and registration details and will be xlaimi g my money back really pissed!!!

Hopeless, I hate it whenever I see a parcel is being delivered by this awful company. An Amazon parcel is coming to me, Hermes provided the tracking number, when you put the number into their tracking website, it comes up as an invalid tracking ID. Utterly useless company - this happens time and time again.

I frequently shop online. I've had deliveries completely lost or frequently late when hermes is the courier

Worst company I know for delivery of items. Either dosent arrive or is often damaged. 1 parcel.ofmine was delivered to another town over 100 miles away and I was told if I wanted it I would have to collect it myself and as it had been delivered to an address which Herpes would not supply to me I could not claim compensation. Pathetic company
