This would be zero stars if that were an option. Hermes have had my Amazon return for a month now and as far as I can tell it's now lost in the system so I won't be getting a refund. I work in a management role for a retailer that uses Hermes in store to bring customers in. I have no idea why the company I work for would do this though as being associated with Hermes in any way would only tarnish your reputation. I see who they operate as a company behind the scenes and they are utterly shocking! I wish they would just go under or get shut down.

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
