I sent a small parcel through Hermes in June. They lost the parcel after not delivering it at the date specified. After numerous emails, webchat etc and after checking their warehouse they decided that they weren't going to pay out the insurance because I had sent the book by the cheapest way - postable item. Complete rip off Attrocous customer service, poor complaints procedure and wriggle put of paying compensation for something that THEY lost??? WOW - completely useless!

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

So this company delivered an item incorrectly, now want my payment card details and a $46 monthly payment to locate it. Scam company, the worst I've ever come across

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
