If I could give no stars I would

Spent £15 for a delivery to come in 2 days it’s now been 6 days and they’re refusing to deliver my parcel as they don’t know where my house is... they’ve delivered to us for the past 6 months!

Absolute joke,cost me a fortune refunding Ebay customers for loss or damage,then won’t take responsibility for it

Hermes said they could not deliver my parcel on the 22nd of August do to address issues, and that my parcel is at my local depot. I have tried so many times to contact them but all to no avail. It's been over 6 weeks now and I don't know what to do.

You have not sent my parcel. Or got in touch to tell me there is an issue. Ive had to have very angry conversations with no answers. Very very bad.

Absolutely horrendous service!! Do not use!!! A week later and parcel (within UK) still nit delivered and you CANNOT SPEAK TO A PERSON on the phone!!

Lost my items twice now. Expensive footwear returning to Amazon so, insult to injury. Tracking is futile as it shows its with an industrial haulage in Wolverhampton when it should be in Swansea area. I rang haulage but they've nothing. İt was a printed label so no mistaking handwriting. Will not use again on this experience

Drivers are under too much pressure. If your not in They will leave your parcel literally anywhere. I had one driver throw one into my back garden onto the lawn,

Had my parcel since the first its now the 9th and its only just arriving today

Not the first time my parcel is late saying its damaged and tracking just saying its in depo

Good local delivery driver, had no issues last 18 months with hermes, think it depends on local drivers and hub.

Arrived quickly and better price and service from others

Slow service. Tracking system isn’t updated enough.

Useless parcel delivery service.
