  • Waiting 6 days for Hermes to deliver my return back to Amazon. Also tried to track my parcel but app is useless.

  • Only put 1 star as no option for lower rating. Nearly a week my parcel has been with hermes and daily update on the tracking number always says 'delayed for 24 hours', shocking service and a very disappointed child, will never order anything from a company or individual that send via hermes ever again

  • Quite simply the world's worst courier company. Item I ordered was tracked into the local depot on 1st June then magically disappeared. Never use this company or you can kiss your item goodbye. Only given 1 star as would give them a 0 if it was an option.

  • Just so slow, collected from the parcelshop 5 days ago, still no attempt to deliver it. I ordered stuff from China the same day and that has turned up before it.

  • The tracking information is almost zero! I dropped off my parcel on the 30th of May and according to the Hermes website, the parcel has only been collected and no further information is available. It's now the 6th June and the parcel is nowhere to be seen. Tried contacting Hermes but this is impossible. A very poor service which I will not be using again and definitely not be recommending.

  • Absolutely bad company , customer service just advice me to go back to my retailer no attempt of do anything. Charge me £6 on one call to talk with automatic robot can’t even do the job is programming . Lost one parcel and now wait for the other with apparently attempt to deliver one time , which the policy company said will trying three times . No ones care there Hermes is a very bad in everything company , how hard to do a good job Hermes ? No deserve even a one start
