They received my package on Tuesday and said that as soon as they process it it will be on it’s way to me. That was five days ago And I still have not received my package. There is still no other update available.

Absolute waste of time, still waiting for my package, tracking is useless, can't contact them, don't answer emails. Now taking legal advice.

They have had my parcel since Tuesday and no attempt to deliver it to me shocking service

Bad delivery, the driver is not taking seriously his job, no picture, no postcard and no calls, the parcel is not available for tracking as the driver set it as delivered witch is not and there’s nobody to call and to answer!! Really bad communication!

My parcel is with you Hermes and it has been with you for 12 days, this was a present for my wife’s birthday. You have let me down, my wife had her birthday yesterday. Any chance of an update.

Just not happy with these guys sorry

Waiting 6 days for Hermes to deliver my return back to Amazon. Also tried to track my parcel but app is useless.

By far the worst delivery company if you want to know when it may arrive, tracking useless and usually just left in the door way when you least expect it.

2 parcels received by hermes and I have not received them. They arefrom same sender. very disappointed

Never got my parcel

Only put 1 star as no option for lower rating. Nearly a week my parcel has been with hermes and daily update on the tracking number always says 'delayed for 24 hours', shocking service and a very disappointed child, will never order anything from a company or individual that send via hermes ever again

Quite simply the world's worst courier company. Item I ordered was tracked into the local depot on 1st June then magically disappeared. Never use this company or you can kiss your item goodbye. Only given 1 star as would give them a 0 if it was an option.
