I've read a lot of bad reviews for hermes but upto now they have been good it may be we have a good team in North Wales it's been a man and a woman every time so please look after them keep up the good work and thank you

I never received my package, every time I look up my order it just says it’s in transit and has been for nearly two weeks now. Proper rubbish service.

Same issues as everyine else!!! Was told it would be here one day now its been pushed back by 4 days even though it is just sitting at their facility.

Do not use this delivery service. It is not fit for purpose. Next day delivery for Amazon parcels is at least 4 days. Customer service and complaints is a joke you cannot speak to anyone. They tell you you that they have handed the parcel to you personally when they just leave it on your doorstep and run. I have complained to Amazon and the supplier of the item purchased as Yes I could actually speak to someone from their company. They should be exposed by trading standards

delievered at the wrong house....

Please don't go with this company, they don't do the delivery in proper time and next day they'll say like they attempted delivery at early morning but no one was there in home they don't even give a call or notification.

I have had good experiences of Hermes/Evri in the past. Lately I cringe when I see my parcels are in a regional collection centre because once there they never seem to leave again. Badly let down by this company over recent months. (Jul '24)

Horrible. All time come late

I do not recommend this company at all, it tells me that they delivered the package and it never arrived!

Lovely driver had to wait fir me to get to my door as I'm disabled. He even put my large parcel on my side so that I didn't have to lift it from the ground

Absolutely disgusting service, its showing me the parcel was delivered to my address but i didn't get any thing

After reading so many reviews of non-delivery it must of been my lucky day. I recieved my parcel on time.
