I have had good experiences of Hermes/Evri in the past. Lately I cringe when I see my parcels are in a regional collection centre because once there they never seem to leave again. Badly let down by this company over recent months. (Jul '24)

Horrible. All time come late

I do not recommend this company at all, it tells me that they delivered the package and it never arrived!

Lovely driver had to wait fir me to get to my door as I'm disabled. He even put my large parcel on my side so that I didn't have to lift it from the ground

Absolutely disgusting service, its showing me the parcel was delivered to my address but i didn't get any thing

After reading so many reviews of non-delivery it must of been my lucky day. I recieved my parcel on time.

What a let down high street Delivery Company competing with others please use another Hermes are terrible twice said delivering never came got message end of the night sorry came into a problem, our work ethics do not work like this customer service is the key and respect, obviously they don't use these standards stay clear of this Delivery firm they assume no one works and can afford to take days off

I have not received my package although it says it was delivered a week ago. Please can you advise how to contact you?

Can someone tell me where my parcel is please!!! It says it was left at my porch but there is no item here!!! This is a joke now I said if there is no answer please leave in the garden so no one sees it as there is a school at the end of our road!! I’ll have to go into town now as I need it for the weekend!!!! Can someone help me process a refund please
