What a let down high street Delivery Company competing with others please use another Hermes are terrible twice said delivering never came got message end of the night sorry came into a problem, our work ethics do not work like this customer service is the key and respect, obviously they don't use these standards stay clear of this Delivery firm they assume no one works and can afford to take days off

I have not received my package although it says it was delivered a week ago. Please can you advise how to contact you?

Can someone tell me where my parcel is please!!! It says it was left at my porch but there is no item here!!! This is a joke now I said if there is no answer please leave in the garden so no one sees it as there is a school at the end of our road!! I’ll have to go into town now as I need it for the weekend!!!! Can someone help me process a refund please

I don’t know why the fail to deliver my package

Hermes dropped our bulky parcel to our neighbours yard so we can not reach it. She is not at home and it is all getting very inconvenient now. The wrapping is broken by the impact and it will be not easy to store it nicely now. When I opened the door ca 30” after the doorbell, the parcel was already down and I was told that I was too slow!!!! I will NEVER chose Hermes for my deliveries!

Never usually have an issue. Parcel delivered yesterday bang in the middle of the estimated time slot. Pleasant driver.....

Hermes/Evri can't deliver a fart let alone a package. Tracking is utterly useless, and sometimes false. I would give it zero stars.

Several orders have gone missing at the very last minute and as a result I’ve had to reorder my items at additional cost. The previous order that was lost cost additional £60 to order the same item, which was on a deal. Hermes are by far the worst parcel delivery company. I will never use them again.

Hermes/Evri couldn't deliver a fart. Their tracking is often false, and they mishandle and lose items, making false claims as their whereabouts and deliveries. Amazon should get shot of these fakers and losers, but alas won't.

Never ever use again I send parcel by next day delivery and it was for Eid so my everything was wested

Never had much trouble with Hermes the odd blip people should remember Hermes process thousands of delivery daily you are bound together some losses and quite possibly not always Hermes fault keep up the good work Geoff
