Claim to have attempted delivery when it didn't happen. Absolute shambles of a company

Terrible service my parcel has been lost in the post Ordered many many weeks ago on depop and has been in transit for 18 days and any tracking websites say the parcel hasnt been received by Hermes but some do? Absolute woeful

Worst service ever

One word.. appalling, I will never again buy from anyone using Hermes as their courier, tracking info changes from out for delivery to “ on hold” to delivery attempted when it WAS NOT, unable to get and sense out of their “robot” on live chat or get anywhere at all by ringing the number, disgusting customer service , this company shouldn’t even be still trading, sellers on sites such as Amazon need to stop using them or risk going out of business!

Your tracking is not up to date with delivery. Shows item still in depot when it is out for delivery with no time arrival info.

TERRIBLE always losing parcels, don't know how they are still in business.

This is not the first time Hermes let me down it seems it’s normal practice

Ordered an item via Amazon Prime next day delivery. On the delivery day the tracking just keeps saying it's at the delivery station but not out for delivery. What is going on ? It looks as if im not going to get my Amazon prime next day delivery. Hermes hasn't changed one bit.
