IT SAYS IT IS ALREADY DELIVERED BUT IT’S NOT HERE. I ALREADY WAITED FOR 3 DAYS BUT STILL NOTHING ARRIVED.

Parcel was meant to be next day delivery. Meant to be delivered 8th June then received a notification that it would be delivered 9th June. Finally arrived on 10th June and got a notification it had been delivered. Found it at the front door saying it had been delivered to resident which it clearly hadn’t. I was in the house at the time and nobody knocked on the door.

Had a notification to say my parcel was in its way! It have been attempted twice and being told front door was not accessible! It’s right at the front of the property in the main yard! Yes we live on a small farm but the house is right in the centre! Not happy at all now my parcel is missing! There is no way that the house was not accessible! And no animals were out at both times of delivery! Most times we get everyone else’s deliveries because the postcode brings everyone to our farm! Terrible service! All other parcels have managed to get delivered

Had a notification that my parcel will be delivered today then 2 minutes later another notification to say they couldn't deliver as my road was not accessible so unless he was driving an articulated lorry with another trailer on the back then I would except my road was inaccessible but as the Dustbin lorry comes down my road every week and Farmers tractors come down regularly there was no reason why my parcel could not be delivered

Got a message saying parcel delivered 5/6/2024 and left in safe place. I’ve been checking everywhere for 2 days now find out it’s being delivered today !

Absolutely rubbish will not deal with any company that uses them

Said that my parcel was delivered and it never arrived.

Very pathetic service,they have been trying to deriver my parcel for one week,all am getting are same notifications of trying to deriver,all sellers using them kindly think twice before receiving negative feedback from the would be buyers,& to the buyers never buy anything of urgency if the seller will use these service you will be greatly disappointed.

They attempt to deliver my parcel one time.that time we are not available in home. after that delivery held on Hold.we haven't received any further notification for 4 days.. I'm waiting for my parcel.but no information when the product will dispatch and where to collect

I'd give no stars if I could. Consistently unreliable. Worst courier company I've known. I don't know why Amazon associates themselves with this poor service provider. I'm in Truro Cornwall and I can always count on my package arriving late, always excuses. the best was yesterday when I received a message that they had tried to deliver. I was home. My front porch was open. Lies.

Always had very good experiences with them small town (crowland) always the same couriers who are both polite and helpful, my favourite delivery service

Said parcel left with neighbour, doesn't say which neighbour. All the ones I've asked don't have it

Delivery time is poor, words cannot express just how bad they are, the sellers that use them will be receiving a complaint from me.

do hermes couriers know houses have back entrances delivery tried Tuesday unfortunately not but said try next working day which was Wednesday delivery now overdue by 3 days rubbish service since driver dave left

worst company I've ever seen in my life, they don't call when they arrive, they don't knock on the door, I don't understand
