Very bad delivery service. The website stated that my parcel had been delivered. The only problem was, that it state where it had been delivered. It certainly wasn't delivered to my address. There was no note left at my property to say if it was left with a neighbour. I knocked several neighbours doors but nobody had received my parcel. This was was wasting my time and disturbing all my neighbours. After about two hours, a neighbour who wasn't at home, when I knocked earlier came to my door with my parcel. This service is totally unacceptable. If drivers are leaving parcels with neighbours they should tell customers which neighbours they have left them with.

Absolutely ridiculous Said couldn't access drive and drive is massively wide.Had 3 other drivers drop off with ease into my porch today why can't Hermes? Terrible service and can't contact them errrg

I have ordered a fan from Amazon but it is the second time the parcel has not arrived and the delivery was through Hermes UK first time lost the parcel and then I bought the fan once again this time they are just making fake attempts to deliver the parcel and there is no contact available for them rubbish service

Worst delivery company ever! If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Weeks after delivery was due the status changed to delivered but apparently for a week ago. All lies. This package never turned up. Avoid at all costs.

This is a joke, 3 times they say they have tried to deliver, no delivery, still no parcel and I have instructions of safe place and neighbour. No phone number to contact anyone either

Service is a joke. Repeated “attempted delivery” notifications. But in reality no attempts. We have a parcel box - how can a delivery attempt fail!?

Terrible service, nothing ever arrives on time and now waiting for something ordered weeks ago from UK?

I refuse to give this company any stars or a good review, due to me getting a parcel delivered today 22/05/24 I order a freezer from Amazon and I just got it delivered today 22/05/24 and I wasn’t happy due to me being disable and a woman the driver came to my door rung my bell and left the freezer outside so I had to get a a couple of people that was walking past my house to bring the freezer into my house I’m really not happy with the driver I think it’s really rediculous he didn’t even wait to see if anyone was in the house

They said they tried to deliver my parcel on the 20th May they didn't even try as I waited in all day for them, it's about time Amazon stopped using this company to deliver their parcels

Hermes useless. Tracking does not work. Delivery does not happen.
