Hopeless service. Tracking says parcel delivered by handing to customer. Totally untrue. Trying to report issue almost impossible. Hopeless service.

My package was supposed to be delivered by the 15th I'm still waiting this is ridiculous

Today is May 19 and my package has not been delivered. The seller shipped it on May 12th. What's going on?

Terrible service. Firstly said delivery would definitely be made on allotted day. No update that it would be late. The said attempted delivery was made a day late. Have cameras at our business and we were there. No attempt made to deliver. Sending items back as they are too late.

This is ridiculous. I have been waiting for delivery since May 12th.

I was waiting for my shipment on May 15th... But it's gone. I have cameras in my house and no one has delivered anything.

Dreadful. Says attempted today. Been here all day no attempt. No notifications nothing. Says will attempt again but doesn't say when! And like all great customer service you can't contact them to ask!

Been in all day says delivery failed. There been no knock and no way to contact help line

Looked in the tracking app for my order and it said couldn’t deliver as wrong address. Checked my order and - of course - correct address!! Useless

We have had Colin doing our deliveries for years .We now have a new driver just as efficient & we have no complaints.

Useless as ever, must be the cheapest by far for companies to use them. Would never use if I sent people things. Supposed to be here Weds, now following Monday!!! Absolute joke of a company. Don’t waste your money if you need to send something. Better off spending on petrol and taking it yourself, more chance of it getting there

Left a note asking the driver to deliver to the garage as I was in the back garden, which he did - thank you very much.

My purchase was advertised to be delivered in 1 day. I'm still waiting after 5 days. Pathetic.

No information other than it is at a depot, somewhere. Already two days late.
