Hermes he was supposed to deliver the package to a safe place when I'm not at home. He left it at the door and the parcel was stolen. The son was left without shoes. I do not recommend this company. I even have photos. I got a notification that the parcel is in a safe place. This is a lie, lazy people work there.

As previous comments….parcel appears delivered but nobody has attempted any delivery. Amazon order indicates is “delivered to a neighbour” I have dozens of neighbours and not a single evidence that’s true considering there has been people at home all day with no attempt to deliver at delivery address….so very disappointing

I shoudn't give not even one star. It is the worst delivery company ever, always problems, always late

Lady that deliver parcel in Caerphilly was lovely and my parcel was delivered quickly withoutany issues. Very happy with that and wanted to praise her.

Parcel said to be delivered on 27/04/2024 but till to date I have not received the parcel and there is no proof of where they left the parcel highly disappointed with the lack of accountability

Said they'd tried to deliver parcel at a certain time. They hadn't, ring doorbell proved that they hadn't been anywhere near my front door. Still not got parcel.

Delivered my packaged to a neighbour allegedly, but no mention of door number and neighbours haven’t received. So Heremes clearly stole my order, and will need to replace it all. What a scummy company

Absolute joke item was 5 days late and was wrong when it got here, this company to be avoided at all costs. Also if you work for a living and are out all day THEY WONT LEAVE PARCEL, useless is not enough to describe these cowboys

They photograph the hands, the package, but not the door number. Nice proof of delivery. But the package was not delivered to me. Very disappointed .

Apparently my parcel was delivered yesterday to Westcliff on Sea and I live in London!!

Well according to Amazon my parcel is out for delivery!?!? According to Hermes it’s still in Avonmouth depot the same as yesterday. Any chance I will get my parcel?
