Always same story. Goods are stuck forever and i got refund from the seller

Terrible. Say attempted delivery. Just not true

It said it was delivered but I didn't see the package. I even looked under the stairs and on the mailbox but nothing. This is rudeness. I receive lots of packages from this company every month, a photo was always taken and sent to e-mail, now strangely nothing. I'm pissed and disappointed. And u can't even to resolve the problem bcos on the phone all u can here is please wait 24 hours it's a joke!

Disgusting service they keep you waiting in for a week and end of it all it never left the warehouse , dire useless people take the right piss out of customers

Says parcel has been returned as nobody was in for delivery there was somebody in when I have checked on the website it now says out for delivery

3 hours after my attempted delivery I revived an email saying delivery was unsuccessful yet I was at home. I’ve tried tracking my parcel but nothing now I’m waiting in or leaving someone to parcel sit while I go work . Where is my item ?

Dreadful service. Wating for my delivery from March. Tracking says they tried to deliver April 4. I was home. Have contact customer service, was told April 12 st for next delivery. Stillnothing and no updates. Going to have to cancel order. 2nd time with Hermes.

Today the driver found my package in his car and delivered it, showing his professionalism and reliability. I am satisfied with this result.

If you haven't delivered the product, how can you keep it delivered while tracking and in the other sources like Amazon app

Says attempted delivery I was in no delivery where is my item?

I expected delivery of the package on Friday, but despite the alleged delivery attempt, I did not receive it. I was at home with my wife and four dogs at the time of delivery. It seems the driver was in a big rush to get home on Friday.

Always a problem with this company. Apparently the package has been "in transit" for four days. Maybe the diver's walking with it... from the Highlands...
