Worse experience after 10 days haven’t received the parcel !!

Awful service! Item expected 14/08/2024 now told it won’t arrive until 20th- Don’t let Hermes deliver if it’s needed for a certain date!!!??

So much for next day delivery, 3 days later still haven’t received my package

To be honest i have had no problems at all with this company and my delivery lady is lovely always happy and smiling ready for a chat

I bought an item on Amazon for an urgent next day delivery. I waited at home till 7pm then got a sorry message that the item will now be delivered in 5 days time. I was shocked and couldn’t believe that I was lured to buy a next day delivery package to find myself deceived. Do not send any package through Hermes

I was really scared reading the reviews, having ordered from Amazon I did not know that the parcel would’ve been delivered by Hermes which has happened once more in the past - both times I got my parcel even sooner than the scheduled delivery and I have no complaints. I guess the person servicing Woodhouse in Leeds really takes their job seriously and the staff in that area makes an effort to do their job consciously.

once again my package has not arrived at my address I get an e-mail that it is there but the package is not there there is no possibility of contacting the courier because there is no number for him Amazon refers to the seller but it is difficult to contact me a second time I am waiting for my package which I have not received what is wrong with this supplier how can I send an e-mail that the package has been delivered but I do not have it and that it is still pending because they ask for contact and the address is correct

was supposed to be delivered yesterday but is still saying at delivery depo. they are truly awful

The courier well not even come to ur address before saying they issue with the delivery address,very bad and poor delivery service,don't know how to manage they're staff,no matter how u put complain,nobody care,incompetent service

Absolute disgrace of a company and given the choice I wouldn’t entertain them, how their still in business is beyond me, quicker and safer via carrier pigeon

Says my parcel is with you waiting for a driver. That was 10 days ago. Awful service.

This company has the worst delivery rates in th UK. I was buying through Amazon but if I had known these clowns werw delivering i would not have bothered. Waste of space. Their tracking system is a joke.
